Shipping Policy: -
We ship to all addresses and PO Boxes Worldwide. We also can ship to APOs and FPOs. -
Standard shipping: All orders are processed for shipping at 4:00 am MST, M-F. Standard Shipping orders may be sent by any of the following methods: USPS First Class, Priority Mail, Parcel Post or UPS Ground. Please allow 5-10 business days from date of shipment for delivery. -
Express Shipping (2-3 Day Service): When this service is selected all orders received before 1:00 pm MST, M-F will be processed and shipped out that same day. Furthermore, your order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. If your order contains items that may only be shipped ground (i.e. nail polish, cologne, aerosol cans and any items classified as hazardous waste) you will be refunded the Express Shipping fee and your order will be sent to you via Ground. Return Policy: -
At Discount Cosmetic Outlet we have a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return your order for a refund. -
Currently, no exchanges are accepted. Only a return can be processed, and then a new order may be issued for the item desired. We regret that original shipping costs cannot be refunded. When returning an item, please pack the goods securely and keep a record of the method and date of your return shipment as we will not be responsible if the item is damaged or lost in transit back to us. Sale Items are excluded. Some personal care items are excluded due to health regulations and sanitary concerns. -
If you choose to return or cancel any order, refunds will be provided minus a 20% restock / Processing fee and your original shipping and Handling charges. Orders that were shipped without a shipping due fee to the customer, will be assessed the original shipping charges. The return of the product is at your expense. We believe that this is a fair policy because lower overhead results in lower prices for all of our customers. -
You must contact us before returning an item for a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number and instructions on how and where to ship the products. -
We do our best to describe our products and sometimes provide additional information at the requests of our customers. We cannot be held responsible for purchases made based on these opinions. You should be familiar with any products that you purchase from our website, before purchasing, or using any of our product offerings. -
Shopping by mail-order has many good points (low prices, shipped right to your door, less hassles because no waiting in line, etc) and a few less positive ones such as; you can't physically see (or touch) the products, it takes a few days to get to you and if you need to return it, it is more costly and less convenient.
